Putin is no longer being told the news about failures at the front

It appears that the President of Russia hasn’t been receiving real updates on the Ukrainian-Russian war, and the cause of this is Putin himself. It seems that he does not know how to deal with negative reactions and irritation when circumstances don’t align with the paradigm in his head.

Algorithm of suspension

It has been observed by members of Putin’s inner circle that the President of the Russian Federation has been experiencing a prolonged period of emotional instability. The most destructive effect on him is bad news regarding the so-called SMO. During meetings and interactions with military leaders, individuals who fairly highlighted problems and failures have been met with a complete denial of the situation from the first person of the state.

It was observed that his behavior consistently followed one of two patterns:

– Putin expressed annoyance that the speaker had come under the direct influence of Western propaganda, insisting that the issues were being greatly exaggerated.

– The President noted that he was either misinformed or mistaken, as other individuals involved in the situation presented information in a more positive and truthful manner.

After trying to tell about the true situation, the “truth-lover” was isolated from Putin’s inner circle for a long time. It is unknown whether this was done at the order of the President himself or his loyal “vassals”.

Time for positive news

On the contrary, individuals who purposefully talked about non-existent successes on the fronts of Ukraine were viewed as more approachable and influential. At the same time, the tactic of reporting failures was sometimes adopted, but with an immediate emphasis on their insignificance and lack of impact on the overall situation.

Thus, the gap between reality and reality for the president of the Russian Federation is increasing. Whether the military leadership has a chance to correct mistakes and solve problems by ignoring them is a rhetorical question. The vacuum of positive news has turned into poison, which slowly but inevitably affects the Russian army.
