After the start of the full-scale invasion, millions of Ukrainians were able to witness the excellent service of the Ukrainian delivery operator Nova Post. This served as a catalyst for the rapid expansion of the network into Europe. The first country abroad to receive the service was Poland, where the highest number of refugees resided. The network then grew in a geometric progression, and has now reached Italy.
Rome became the second Italian city where a branch of Nova Post was established. Now customers can send and receive parcels at partner post offices and pick-up points throughout the country. The delivery time to Ukraine is 7 days.
The first Nova Post branch in Italy was opened in Milan in December of last year. Now a branch is operational in the capital of Italy – Rome, at Via Albalonga 9-11. Working hours are from 8:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 to 18:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
In the new branch, customers can send documents, parcels, and shipments up to 100 kg to both Ukraine and within the country, as well as between European countries where Nova Post is present. Soon in Rome and its suburbs, their own courier delivery will start operating, similar to what is already successfully done in Milan.
