Who will sign the agreement?
Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Georgiy Tihyi announced that the signing of a bilateral agreement with the USA on the establishment of the Recovery Investment Fund will take place soon. At this point, it is known that either the Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko or the Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha are authorized to sign. The exact signatory will be revealed tomorrow.
