Who will make the decision?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In order to recognize a specific settlement as such a zone, a decision of the following bodies is required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Regional military administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Military command bodies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Coordinating headquarters for mandatory evacuation of the population.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
The beginning of the removal of children from dangerous areas is initiated after agreements between these three institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Who will be evacuated with?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Mandatory evacuation will be carried out with an adult responsible for the minor. It may be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
mother or father;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
guardian;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
a person who replaces parents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
legal representative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Where do they start?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
