He noted that it is enough to keep Ukraine from falling, but not enough to end the war. The assistance needed is not limited to equipment and weapons but includes financial aid to stimulate the economy. The world&#8217;s involvement is critical in preventing a prolonged war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E74\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"E75\"><strong><em>What experts say?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E77\">Unfortunately, this scenario seems the most probable result, as it inevitably leads to catastrophic exhaustion on both sides. The unwillingness of either party to admit defeat will result in the conflict either freezing or continuing in a fragile state for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E79\">Sometimes, outside pressure can be beneficial, as demonstrated by the US bombing of Serbia in response to the aggression against Kosovo. Unfortunately, this approach is impossible in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict due to Russia&#8217;s status as a nuclear state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E81\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"E82\"><strong><em>The economy decides everything<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E84\">In a prolonged war, the country whose economy will be destroyed first will inevitably defeat. Europe and the USA help Ukraine, but Russia&#8217;s economy remains stable enough. <strong>Despite sanctions being imposed, their expected impact has not been realized<\/strong> because Russia has only experienced a 2% economic decline over the past year. This is mainly due to the Russian Federation&#8217;s isolation since 2014, which has allowed for a concentration of resources within their domestic consumer market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E94\">Sure, the standard of living for the average Russian has decreased, but even in North Korea, where things are worse, this doesn&#8217;t solve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E100\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"E101\"><strong><em>Putin will not go back<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E105\">The result of this war is too important for the Kremlin, as it directly affects Putin&#8217;s status and political reputation. The more losses Russia suffers in this operation, the harder it would be for him to admit defeat.
