{"id":543,"date":"2023-05-15T13:32:04","date_gmt":"2023-05-15T10:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eaukraine.eu\/en\/?p=543"},"modified":"2023-05-15T13:32:05","modified_gmt":"2023-05-15T10:32:05","slug":"zelenskyy-went-to-europe-what-european-leaders-discuss-without-witnesses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eaukraine.eu\/en\/2023\/05\/15\/zelenskyy-went-to-europe-what-european-leaders-discuss-without-witnesses\/","title":{"rendered":"Zelenskyy went to Europe: what European leaders discuss without witnesses"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p id=\"E93\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E94\"><strong>The<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>President<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>of<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Ukraine<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>unexpectedly<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>appeared<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>in<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Europe<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><strong>The<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>visits<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>were<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>not<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>advertised<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>for<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>security<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>reasons<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><strong>But<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>the<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>meetings<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>held<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>at<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>the<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>end<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>of<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>last<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>week<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>are<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>of<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>great<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>importance<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><strong>With<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>whom<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>about which issues the<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>conversations<\/strong><strong> were held<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>read<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>in<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>the<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>article<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E250\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"E251\"><strong><em>German<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>hospitality<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E259\">A meeting with Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz took place in Germany. During the official part, <strong>two<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>main<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>statements<\/strong> were made:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E342\">1. Starting from February 24, 2022,Germany <strong>provided<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>aid<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>for<\/strong><strong> 17 <\/strong><strong>billion<\/strong><strong> EUR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E378\">2. The country\u2019s authorities <strong>support<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Ukraine\u2019s<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>accession<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>to<\/strong><strong> NATO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E410\">At the same time, Zelenskyy was awarded the Charlemagne Prize. This was done by the head of the European Commission, Ursula von Der Leyen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E508\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"E511\"><strong><em>Dinner<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>in<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>France<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E523\">The next point of the trip of the President of Ukraine is Paris. He <strong>will<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>discuss<\/strong> with the President of France following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E595\">&#8211; military support;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E605\">&#8211; assistance in humanitarian needs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E623\">&#8211; prospects of the Peace Plan proposed by Kyiv to restore peace in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E673\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\" id=\"E674\"><strong><em>What<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>is<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>discussed<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>without<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>unnecessary<\/em><\/strong><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>witnesses<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E698\">Recently, more and more information has appeared that Western countries are putting pressure on Kyiv so that the government of Ukraine sits down at the negotiating table with Russia. There is considerable pressure, and it is increasingly difficult to resist it. <strong>To<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>avoid<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>such<\/strong><strong> a <\/strong><strong>situation<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>it<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>is<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>necessary<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>to<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>prepare<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>agreements<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>with<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>each<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>European<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>leader<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>separately<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong><strong>and<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>not<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>at<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>official<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>meetings<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>or<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>international<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>events<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"E951\"><strong>The<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>urgent<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>formation<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>of<\/strong><strong> a <\/strong><strong>coalition<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>of<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>fighter<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>aircraft<\/strong> would allow to change the situation. Now it can be called the most urgent issue.
